Exceptional

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. The location is very quiet and not too far from the city center (about 25 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bike or tram). There is a train station very close to the apartment and also a bike sharing station. Tram 71 takes you directly to the Ringstrasse, allowing you to easily reach most of the main tourist attractions. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need. Having a washing machine and dishwasher was a big plus. I would recommend this apartment.

Nothing really. It was great. The only thing I would suggest is to have two Keys for visitors.

Very Good

The flat is really good, clean and bright. Good facilities. It is not far from Belvedere and 30 min walk from the centre.

I wish the communication with the host were better. I messaged them about earlier check in but they didn’t properly reply. Also when I asked about check in instructions they sent me a list of recommended restaurants. It would have been great to have shower gel and shampoo too in the property.

A lot of space inside. Simple interior with wood. AirCo in every room. Nice view from windows. 30 min to center. Close public transport stops. Two bathrooms. Two floors - good for two couples. SmartTV with active accounts.

No microwave oven. No coffee machine. Dirty washing machine. No shampoo and shower gel. Dirty floor. Only one room has blinds, in other room (no blinds, no curtains) not comfortable sleep - too many sunlight in the morning. You need add more info about parking: EuroSpar underground parking - from 7 to 21, PAYUCA underground parking in 5 min - 24/7.

We are a Saudi family The apartment is excellent and developed, the host provided all the necessities, very close on foot to the metro, tram and supermarket, quiet and there is no disturbance, I would like to thank the host and we will definitely come back.

Spacious apartment

Very nice, extremely spacious apartment in a convenient location. Every necessary equipment was for our disposal. We were looking for an apartment where we could cook and have a nice place for a common evening together. All these boxes were ticked.

It’s an older building where the room dispositions might not be as convenient when travelling with friends. There was one bathroom (a nice, spacious one, unfortunately without the toilet, which was in a separate room 20 m away) which was accesible from one bedroom and from the hall. This bedroom was attached to another bedroom, so when leaving the first mentioned bedroom you have to go through the bathroom or through the other bedroom. It was quite a challenge when staying there with our friends :-) Also the beds were quite noisy in general, so you could hardly move not to disturb the friends sleeping next doors (absolutely not sound proof). This apartment is more or less suitable for a family where nobody is looking for a privacy :-)

The place was exceptionally clean and offered a beautiful view from the terrace. Its convenient location was perfect for our work purposes.

The bathroom was accessible only through the bedroom, which meant that anyone sleeping on the sofa in the living room had to pass through the bedroom to access it.

Bright and clean

Absolutely beautiful and bright, high ceilings and large windows. Clean and spacious, with comfortable beds. Toilet in a separate water closet than the main bathroom which was nice. Kitchen appeared adequately stocked, though we didn't cook. Living room has a large dining table in it, along with comfy couch and tv set-up. Less than 10 minutes walk to Rennweg station for easy connection to the airport, and only 5 minutes to the tram for easy connection to anywhere in the city.

No issues at all, just a couple things to be aware of. The main bedroom can only be accessed through the bathroom or the other bedroom - wasn't a problem for us. The key is required to operate the elevator - took us a while to figure this out.

The apartment was nice and spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful and always responsive.

The instructions for check- in were very clear. There was more than enough towels and bed linen. The apartment was clean and the owner was very responsive.

There was no microwave. The toaster shuts the whole apartments electricity when you switch it on. I did not like how the bedrooms and bathrooms were situated although the apartment was nice and spacious. No dishwashing capsules for the dishwasher. No basic essentials for cooking, e.g salt.

Wonderful

Location is very good, public transport 2min from the building,Belvedere is 15min by walk, but the street is very quiet. The apartment is very light, comfortable, equiped with all needed stuff, very clean and maintained. I recommend this place for sure and would come back!

Only "bad" thing is that on pictures are represented some other rooms as well, and you are not sure which one will you get actually.

Very Good

Spacious modern and bright apartment in inner suburban Vienna. Modern appliances including washing machine. Quiet. Good view of the rooftops of Vienna.

Only one key for a property allowing 6 guests. The key is necessary to call the lift, which is exceptionally unusual and irritating.
